Nampa Daycare Loses Operating License
Here's a scary story even if you aren't a parent.
A daycare in Nampa has been shut down because the staff abandoned a toddler in Nampa's Lakeview Park.
I'm not a parent, yet all jokes aside if someone lost my pet I would be furious. Let alone my child? This is a real story that recently happened at Little Angels Daycare in Nampa, Idaho. The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare is who oversees these operations, specifically this daycare which subsidizes daycare services for low income families.
Once authorities began investigating the daycare, it was discovered the the owner of the business didn't even have credentials to be transporting children as-is--an even more disturbing violation that was just uncovered. Not only that, but the business hadn't been valid under the Idaho Child Care Program for five years.
Nampa Police note that the owner and operator of this daycare could face criminal charges, however the investigation, at this point, continues to be underway.
