Of Course Idaho Has a Hot Potato Festival

Who would we be to not have a Hot Potato Festival in Idaho? The good news is that there is such a thing and it's happening really soon. Indian Creek Plaza is hosting the Hot Potato Festival on Saturday, August 15th from 6-10 pm. The question in my mind when I first heard about this event was, "What exactly happens at the Hot Potato Festival?" I figured there would be vendors selling a variety of potatoes and it turns out I was right. This event will feature Loaded and Dessert Fries, Rustic Spud Pizza, Twice Cooked Fries, Chili potatoes, and The Idaho Potato Eclair made by the Kula Connection.
