If there are two things that we know folks in the Treasure Valley love, it is their pets and their local, craft beer.

How often do these two things get to come together? One local brewery has teamed up with the Idaho Humane Society to create an event sure to please all pet & beer lovers and we're totally here for it.

Located in Garden City just off of Chinden, Western Collective is known best for wildly creative beers, bright and bold labels on local store shelves, and giving back to the community. They're back at it again!

We love that Western Collective always wins when it comes down to the details...

The brewers over at Western Collective have hilariously made their beers just that much better.

Have you ever been to the local beer destination or picked some up at the store!?

The Idaho Humane Society does great work here locally to both help pets get the care they need and especially to find animals their forever homes--now, Western Collective is stepping up in a big way to help them get the funds that they need to continue their work!

On March 9th from 5:30 until 8:30 in the evening, the 'Mutts and Meows Mixer' will be taking place at Western Collective (111 W. 33rd Street, Garden City). Event attendees can put together a trivia team or play Musical Bingo as participation is included with their ticket and there will be chances to win some really great prizes.

One of those prizes? A trip to Mexico!

You can bring your well-behaved pets as well--along with your best friends!
