Spokane Vending Machine Thieves at Large

Imagine being so thirsty and needing a Pepsi so badly, that you steal the entire 700-pound vending machine. That's exactly what two thieves did in Spokane, WA.

Last week in Spokane, two men rolled up to a ProFormance Lube Center and loaded an entire Pepsi vending machine into the back of their pickup truck.

"We have had small thefts, but nothing this drastic," owner Ray King told KHQ-TV. "I was amazed because it's pretty heavy. It just goes to show how brazen criminals are."

On Friday, the vending machine was found damaged beyond repair, while the thieves remain at large.
