It's the weekend! Mmmmm, what is there to do? If you decide to drive into Boise on Saturday you might want to think about your parking situation. Treefort Music Festival, shopping, and March For Our Lives will all be happening at the same time.

What does that mean? Well, we really don't know yet. It's not expected to reach 50 degrees this weekend, potential rain and we have no idea what the attendance will be for the nationwide march on Saturday.

Treefort Music Festival tracked approximately 18,000 attendees last year with up to 200 in attendance to each Yogafort class. Treefort will be full throttle Friday thru Sunday with festival favorites like Magic Sword and controversial Pussy Riot. I would think a lot of cars will be kept downtown making parking hard to come by.

Treefort Music Festival isn't just about the bands. Check out the different forts:

That's a lot of damn forts yo! That ALSO means tons of people and that's why you can see traffic might be a monster. But, wait...there's more!

I'm going out on a guess to say thousands will be marching this weekend in Boise with millions around the globe. This WILL dominate the news cycle. The vibe I've gotten from student walkouts and the signs that are being made are simple. The students from Parkland are marching in protest to change the current gun laws and everyone else is following that message. #neveragain

I've been watching the chatter online and it hasn't been all nice. I'm hoping Saturday ends in a peaceful march but there is no doubt that emotions will be at an all-time high. I'm hoping some of the speeches will be about mental health and speaking up as well. I don't think that message will ever slip away and we need to keep reminding people to talk. Unfortunately, we live in a world now where warning signs are in our face and it's up to US.

I hope that if we could all agree on something it's that we're living in an emotional era. This weekend will be in dominance of breaking news. Remember to think before you engage in the discussion this weekend over rumors. Sound educated, understand the facts and less on rumor.

There's nothing worse than someone trying to force false information on you and then argue that it's right. Do your OWN research so you know the facts before some drinking buddy starts spewing drunk politics. I'm not even sure that's a term, "drunk politics?" #classic

Enjoy! Tag us in your photos if you march, witness the people, or take in a band during Treefort. @kekeluv @kissboise
