BEER AND SUSHI SOUNDS GOOD!
Boise is growing like wildfire and that means new restaurants. I love the fact that for a relatively small city we have such a great selection of restaurants. Everything including farm to table concepts like Fork to Waffle Me Up where Hector and the family make the best waffles in the entire planet!! Of course we have fancy steakhouses, my favorites being Chandlers and Barbacoa. When it comes to sushi there is Lucky Fins and Naked Fins which frankly I prefer. Speaking of Sushi I have good news if you're a sushi- holic or you just simply like to partake in a few rolls from time to time... There is a NEW sushi spot that is more than just great sushi, This place will offer a great selection of quality brews. When I say quality brews I'm making reference to Lost Grove Brewing selections. This is an exciting concept where two familiar brands are coming together to form one delicious place to break bread. Here is the FB link and a brief comment from management.
Open at Harris Ranch, Lost Shack is the result of a collaboration between Lost Grove Brewing and Sushi Shack. Lost Grove and Sushi Shack have worked together on numerous events in Boise. Sushi Shack started throwing around the idea of a brick and mortar at the same time Lost Grove wanted to expand. It just made sense to do it together!
