Chobani Offers $75,000 Prize For Best Coffee Creamer Idea

Do you ever dream of cream? Are you a dreamer of the creamer? Chobani, the well-known Greek Yogurt brand which has a huge footprint right here in Idaho is asking for your help.  If you're know a thing or two about cream, this contest could be for you.  Then again, you may not need to know ANYTHING about cream at all and just have a real creative mind...that's really all that Chobani can ask for.

Chobani is an Idaho favorite--the greek yogurt company has a MASSIVE plant in Twin Falls, Idaho that has been newsworthy several times. The company has been charitable in the Twin Falls community, has paid Idahoans who work there very generous wages, and has even extended its arm across the State of Idaho to give in other ways, as well. Most recently, you may recall that Chobani donated $20,000 to the Wassmuth Center here in Boise.  The Wassmuth Center for Human Rights is a large local voice that promotes the respect and dignity of diversity and social responsibility.  The donation by Chobani to the Wassmuth Center for Human Rights was a response to the unfortunate placement of racist stickers at the Anne Franke Memorial in downtown Boise.

Clearly, Chobani is looking for a new creative twist to their products and it reminds me of Lay's and their roll-out of crazy flavors.  Bacon Mac & Cheese, Cappuccino, Southern Biscuits and Gravy, and even Szechuan Chicken are just some examples. Could any of those be in a coffee creamer? Honestly, I hope not.

There are also two runners-up prizes: one for $15,000 and another for $10,000.
