Corona Recall: Watch Out For Glass

No need to call off your weekend plans, just take a peek at the Coronas that have been recalled for possible glass particles in the beer. 

Details on the recall:

Bottles of Corona Extra sold in the U.S. have been recalled. The recall includes 12 and 18 packs of 12-ounce clear glass bottles.

"Constellation is recalling select packages of Corona Extra that may contain defective bottles as a precaution to ensure the safety of consumers," the company said. "To date, the company has received no consumer complaints or reports of injuries resulting from the affected bottles."

Personal note: The recall is extremely vague. This is a voluntary recall after an inspection was done and glass particles were discovered. Bottom line: It's about safety.
