I noticed a post on Facebook recently from the Central District Health office that really resonated-- these times can be LONELY.

Here's the deal-- COVID-19 has life as we know it in complete suspension. Every business in one way or another--some good, some bad--has been effected. What we don't know is for how long this will be going on and what to expect next. Please, no more earthquakes.

One thing that America is grappling with is mental health and making sure that there's enough help out there for folks who need it. It's so important. The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare is doing their part in offering a hotline for those who need it.

The hotline can point to general information and more. For many, being isolated at home can cause depression, loneliness, and anxiety. This hotline gives anonymous and confidential assistance for all. If you or someone you know is feeling distressed or just needing someone to talk to-- this hotline is here for you.

The hotline number is: 888-330-3010
