Four Boise State Broncos will be headed to the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis this spring to show off what they've got for NFL recruits. The news comes after a successful season which ended in only two losses and a ranked finish to the year.

Boise State football has always been a peculiar thing and I think it is simply because we've grown spoiled as fans over the years.  Growing up, I remember the rise of this program-- Dan Hawkins passing off the baton to Chris Petersen who capitalized on a solid foundation and got Boise State on the map--FOR REAL.

Now, even though Boise State hasn't made a major bowl game in some time, the influence and dominance of the program has drawn players from the blue, to the NFL, year after year. Of course, only Boise State fans would grunt over a two loss season--right? It's easy to want it ALL for this program.

This year, FOUR Boise State Broncos have been invited to the NFL combine which means recruits really have their eyes on what these guys did on the blue this season. This is a huge stat for Boise State as it clearly shows the program is doing SOMETHING right--and it can be a huge recruiting tool for guys looking into the program after high school.

The four players being invited out to Indianapolis are: Ezra Cleveland (Left Tackle), John Molchon (Offensive Lineman), Curtis Weaver (Defensive End), and John Hightower (Wide Receiver).

The combine is scheduled for February 23rd. We'll keep you posted on how well these guys do!
