Happy Summer Solstice! It's the first day of summer, and the summer chunez have arrived. We got a few summer anthems late last night, and some over the past week. Including the most important: Drake.

Drizzy dropped off his The Best in the World two-pack late last Friday night into Saturday morning, as promised after his Toronto Raptors won the championship. Omerta was met by mixed reviews but I think it shows us once again how great of a lyricist Drake really is. He doesn't just make hits, he is actually one of the top rappers of our generation. Money In The Grave featuring Rick Ross is being counted as a contender for song of the summer already.

Young Money. Nicki Minaj came back recently after a three-month social media hiatus and started teasing a new single. Megatron dropped last night complete with a music video and her controversial boo is all over the vid. Not my favorite Nicki, but I'm a fan so I added it.

Lil Nas X gave us a seven track EP, complete with a Cardi B feature.

Gucci Mane put out an album just six months ago, but he's already back with Delusions of Grandeur with features from Justin Bieber, Meek Mill, Rick Ross, Lil Uzi Vert, Wiz Khalifa, Gunna, Lil Baby, Jeremih, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie and more.

Tons of new summer singles out too! Make sure you're following my Friday Faves playlist on Spotify to stay up to date on new music and listen to my picks!
