It’s National Food Truck Day

I was just talking to a friend the other day about taco trucks and what a difference a taco coming off of that little grill makes. I was comparing my favorite taco truck to a really great restaurant I ate at last week. The tacos at the brick and mortar restaurant were AMAZING...but when I was trying to put my finger on what exactly was missing, I realized what it was: the truck. There's just something about that level of freshness.

Today is National Food Truck Day and with all of the craziness in the world, I feel as though food trucks may be feeling some of the biggest pains. With less people out, there is less of a demand for food set up outside of venues, clubs, and so on.

In hopes of showing these guys some love, I want you to share with us your FAVORITE food trucks!  Shoutout to Mad Mac, pictured above, who is always slanging some of the best mac and cheese anywhere in town. Which truck are your favorites?
