We've all heard it at one point or another. And look - we get it. When you've loved something that's essentially been one of America's best-kept secrets for so long, it's easy to see why newcomers would be frustrated.

It can be difficult for some to accept that it's not just "theirs" anymore. There's good reason for that as we've talked about numerous times before: the traffic, construction, cost of living, etc.
