Massive Blueberry Pancake Recall; Your Flapjacks Could Be Contaminated
The brand of pancakes effected by an E.coli recall is carried at Walmart, Albertson's and other grocers throughout the Treasure Valley.
Continental Mills is recalling their Krusteaz Blueberry Pancake Mix produced in April, May and June. The company explains that their blueberry nugget supplier made their product with a small amount of flour that was recently recalled for meing contaminated with E. coli.
People contracting E. coli can experience bloody diarrhea and dehydration. It can be deadly to kids, elderly and those with compromised immune systems.
