Every Monday, a big part of the show is my friend Brett Denton of Kvell Fitness & Nutrition in downtown Boise. Brett is a health, fitness, and wellness expert and has years of athletics and training under his belt. After growing up a multi-sport athlete, I'll be the first to admit that once I hit college and didn't NEED to workout, it became my least favorite thing to do. Brett & his team over at Kvell in downtown Boise has become my go-to for remaining active and I'm so glad I found them.
