Friday morning I was working out and during my second set of push ups I felt a pinch in my neck, it hurt enough to get my attention but it wasn't a big deal. Saturday I was in San Diego for my brothers birthday and was asked to help move life sized Jenga game pieces that we're in a box. Even though I was wearing my backpack I thought nothing of it and proceeded to moving the box... and that's the straw that broke the Mikey's back.

Tuesday nigh I went home from the station and laid on the couch cause my back and neck hurt. After an hour nap I attempted to get off the couch and much to my surprise I literally couldn't move. The pain was so bad that my ears we're ringing and I felt like I was gonna pass out. I had a decision to make, the ER for some prescription meds or wait till morning and find a good Chiropractor. I'm not big on meds, so I waited through a miserable night and first thing in the morning I took an Uber to a place called Advanced Spinal Dynamics & Innovative Medicine in Meridian.

I've never been a believer in Chiropractors but I also had never been in so much pain in my life. 5 days later I feel AMAZING!!!! If anyone ever tells you to go to "a real doctor" they've never seen Dr. Ricks. Thanks Doc I'm a believer!
