Phone Tap: Green Zone

Today’s phone tap victim recently applied for a permit to build a fence in his yard and today he’s getting a call from the city. It’s a great thing he reached out because his yard has been designated a “Green Zone” and he’s not gonna be happy when he learns what that means!
