Idaho resident Lori Vallow has been all over national news as her two children, 7-year-old JJ Vallow and 17-year-old Tylee Ryan have not been seen since September of 2019.  After refusing to produce these two children to authorities per a January court order, she was arrested in Hawaii and returned to Idaho. The charges that Vallow currently faces are desertion of a minor, resisting or obstructing officers, criminal solicitation to commit a crime, and contempt of court.

Vallow's children have still not been seen or found.

On Friday afternoon, the very day that this high profile case was aired and discussed on NBC's weekly special, Dateline, Vallow and her legal counsel were requesting a lowered bail. They wanted it to go from $1 Million to $1,000. After a very lengthy argument from her legal counsel, the judge ultimately decided that Lori Vallow's bail would not be reduced.

We all hope these kids are found safe.
