Tyrannosaurus Rex Returns to the Discovery Center of Idaho This Weekend

My kid is gonna go crazy for this news. Tinker the T-Rex opens in the Discovery Center of Idaho this weekend, Friday, November 22 beginning at 10 a.m.

It doesn't matter how young or old it feels like there has always been an attraction to dinosaurs. I guess you can thank the Jurassic Park franchise for keeping these prehistoric creatures top of mind

This will be a long-term exhibit filled with great activities for the kids that will feature the two-thirds scale juvenile cast T-rex skeleton called "Tinker". This exhibition will also include hands-on STEM-based exhibits with great educational content for the kids.

Tinker the T-rex exhibition will become part of a permanent home for the famous dinosaur and will be available for years to come in downtown Boise. I don't have a calendar or timeline but it looks like this isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
