Where Does Idaho Rank for Public Education?

A study looked at the top states when it comes to public education and.. Idaho didn't do terribly, but we were nowhere near the top of the list.

And when I say nowhere near the top, I mean we weren't even in the top half. Top five ranks as: Massachusettes, New Jersey, Utah, New Hampshire and Iowa.

Idaho was way down at number 30. Do you feel like we should be ranked that low?
