Hurricane Harvey has not just devastated a city, but is leaving behind destruction with no answer in sight. Harvey has dropped over 11 trillion gallons of rain and it's not over yet. The Boise Hawks just released a statement and are one of the first to step up locally. Most of all my family are residing in and around the Houston area. It's important that we step up like the Boise Hawks to get this message out because we don't know what the final effects of this storm will be.

Imagine if you lost everything and had nowhere to go but a shelter. Can you imagine what would be going through your head if you knew the only home you have was basically sinking by the minute with no end in sight? That's what Texans are facing right now

“It’s unfortunate to see so many lives disrupted from this massive storm,” said Bob Flannery, Hawks’ General Manager. “By using our game of baseball and the community it creates, we will be able to do some good for those who need our assistance right now.”Online Ticket Fundraiser
