The Idaho Department of Transportation made the decision yesterday afternoon.  No driving on Idaho State Highway 21 between Lowman and Stanley.  At least for now.  So far we're going on a good 24 hours of closure and no word yet on exactly how long state officials plan on keeping this stretch of highway shut down.

At this point, it's just too dangerous to allow vehicles in the area.  Updates will be on the IDT Twitter Page but at this time there is absolutely no information as to what's being done to alleviate the problem and no information on a timeline.  Please make alternate plans if this is your normal route of travel.
