Idaho Has A State Championship For WHAT?!

That's what you get for waking up in Jackpot! Somewhere between the Chippendales stripping down for me and my fourth shot of Fireball, I was shocked to see this event pop up on my Facebook feed!

Did you know that Idaho has a State Pole Dancing championship and that it's happening at China Blue in May?

Now before you get the wrong idea, this isn't a stripping showcase! Pole dancing for fitness has grown in popularity over the years and Kaysa Cruse wants to celebrate it's art in the Treasure Valley.  Cruse previously performed in the CT Pole Showcase and Competition before moving to Boise and was disappointed by a similar pole dance competition in the Gem State. That's why she put together the event that will allow to show the less scandalous side if pole dancing.  The showcase will allow dancers to show off the grace, beauty, technical skill, strength and finesse of pole dancing.
