I'm not gonna lie, this morning at about 8:30 my boss Chris and I got into a conversation about Tacos and from that moment on my mouth was watering. Apparently I was talking about it so much on the air that Joe decided to Grub Hub me a Taco Rojo and some Nachos. Joe you DA BEST! We we're about to head to Kuna for our Taco Tuesday review on the advice of a listener and then Mateo called an audible and we ended up in Nampa at a taco truck called Mexico Chiquito.  Before I go any further I need to put my weekly disclaimer out there, we do not accept free food because we do not want to be persuaded to state anything other than the truth. Now on to the good stuff, and it was good.

The Taqueria Mexico Chiquito taco truck is on the Blvd in Nampa in the Big Box Outlet Store parking lot. The lady who took our order was very nice and as a result service was great. We tried our usual threesome of tacos, a carne asada, chicken and adobada. The carne was simple yet full of flavor to the point where I was picking little bits of carne off the taco cause it was so good. The chicken with a bit of green salsa proved to be tasty and yes the chicken was grilled not shredded (always a plus). The adobada was next level. It was so good I can taste it as I type. The amount of meat they use in their tacos is another thing that impressed me, their tacos are fat! I can honestly say that I've never been full off of 3 street tacos till today. Both Mateo and I give the Taqueria Mexico Chiquito taco truck a strong 4 out of 5 tacos rating.
