I'll admit that living in Boise has made me a bit of a beer snob, but do I live in the snobbiest town in the state? Not according to Road Snacks!

So what makes a city snobby?  Road Snacks looked at all the towns in the state that had a population of at least 5,000 and looked at where they rained median home price, household income, percent of the population with a college degree, private schools per capita, theaters per capita and art galleries per capita.  They higher these towns ranked in those categories, the "snobbier" they were considered.  Five towns in the Treasure Valley made the Top 10 list:

  • #9 Kuna
  • #8 Boise
  • #3 Meridian
  • #2 Star
  • #1 Eagle

I've got an overwhelming feeling this list would've looked VERY different if McCall (pop. 2,925) and Sun Valley (pop. 1,408) would've been eligible for the the rankings!
