The woman that brought the Academy Award winning movies "The Hurt Locker" and "Zero Dark Thirty" to the silver screen may soon be telling the story of Hailey POW Bowe Bergdahl.

Director Kathryn Bigelow's press rep confirmed yesterday that her screenwriting partner, Mark Boal, has started writing a script based on Bergdahl's story.   Together, the duo won six Oscars in 2010 for "The Hurt Locker," including Bigelow's Best Director Oscar.  That award made her the first woman to ever reach that achievement in film.  "Zero Dark Thirty" also won an Oscar in 2013.
