This Wednesday night is sizing up to be the first Halloween event of the season on the last warm night of the year. The forecast calls for temperatures in the mid 70's and this will bring out all the witches! It's Witches Night Out in Fountain Square at The Village at Meridian won Wednesday, October 18.

Witches Night Out

I was just talking to everyone in Fountain Square and they wanted me to emphasize that men are welcome too. She specifically said, "Warlocks!" I replied with smart guys will ALWAYS show up to a women's event! This one is slightly different considering women are encouraged to dress up in their best witches attire. Why? It's for the Women's & Children's Alliance and they're hoping to raise over $15,000 this year.

  • Win the witches wardrobe valued at $2600.
  • Harry Potter sorting hat station.
  • Fun green screen photos.
  • Costume contests.
  • Psychic lip reading.
  • Wall of whine.
  • Witches brew station.
  • Music by Retreads.

The Village at Meridian has been recognized nationally as a leader in Philanthropy. They received the Foundation Award for Community Support from the International Council of Shopping Centers for this event. The Village at Meridian also received the MAXI Award that celebrates outstanding work and achievements of those who are transforming marketing in the real estate industry. Needless to say, These people are just awesome! I can personally say that our experiences with this team have been flawless. Hugh Crawford, Ramona Merrill, Deborah Smith, Dick Bonin, and everyone at the Village at Meridian has been instrumental in assisting our Live for 175 child abuse prevention campaign since construction first began. Good people deserve to be noticed and we can't be more excited to have drinks and raise money for the WCA on Wednesday.

The Women's & Children's Alliance is a staple in our community that serves as a safe place when domestic violence comes to light. They do so much more and have saved so many lives.
