#catshaming

If you follow me on Instagram (@michelle_heart, if you're not...you should!) you know that I have an incredibly cute cat.  Don't let that cute face fool you, Dakota is the reason I feel like I got hit by a bus this morning but he did help me discover my new favorite hashtag on Twitter!

You see, I attempted to go to bed early last night (around 7:00, it was magnificent) but was woken up by a phone call from our boss, Park Place.  Dakota either didn't realize that I was home or forgot that I went to sleep.  As soon as he hears my voice on the phone he comes running into my bedroom and jumps on the bed, proceeds to be in my grill when I'm attempting to have a conversation and then decides to go position his 11 pounds of cuteness in the same exact place I'd been sleeping.  Long story short, I couldn't get comfortable and ended up laying there awake until about 10:30 last night.  He was a bad cat and knew it so I decided to cat shame him.

After posting this pic, curiosity didn't get Kota.  It got me and I decided to click #catshaming to see who else had the same idea.  I realized as a cat lover, this is my new favorite hashtag.  I now present to you...the best of #catshaming!
