Practice Yoga with Beer Tomorrow

Hurricane Harvey, as you know, wreaked havoc on Texas just last week, damaging peoples homes, property, and for many--their lives. It was heart wrenching to watch from afar on news reports and to be honest, it's difficult for any of us to even really understand the strength of a hurricane that size unless we've been in one. There are several ways for all of us to send help to the victims of Hurricane Harvey and one in particular, happening tomorrow morning, could be a lot of fun.

Tomorrow morning at White Dog Brewing starting at 10:00 a.m., you can join an all-levels friendly yoga class with all proceeds going towards victims of Hurricane Harvey. Grab a beer, do some yoga, and make some new friends.  Sounds ideal, right? It's important to bring your own yoga mat, or you will be stuck on the hard floor!
