Celebrate Earth Day with Boise, Virtually
Earth Day looks different for everyone, based on how much you want to celebrate. There's usually a gathering to clean parks or beaches, pick up trash, bike or walk to work instead of driving and increasing your carbon footprint, etc. I love Earth Day. But obviously this year's Earth Day has to look a little bit different since essentially the whole world is shut down.
Seeing as everything has moved to digital, there's now going to be a Zoom showing of Earth Day Live Boise. Details:
"In coordination with hundreds of hundreds of other events across the planet, join us for Earth Day Live Boise, a Zoom webcast at 11:00 am on April 22. It will feature local music, short films, art, and renown speakers with a focus on climate activism during the Coronavirus lockdown. Let's get together and party for the 50th anniversary of Earth Day!
RSVP at https://actionnetwork.org/events/earth-day-live-boise
Join the webcast at https://zoom.us/j/925635092 or call (669) 900-6833"
I'll see ya on the Zoom call!
