For years now, Kvell Fitness & Nutrition has been a part of our day-to-day life at 103.5 KISS FM.

Now, we want to share the wealth with YOU in '22!

Want to put yourself first this year? Lose some weight? Lean out? Simply MOVE more? We're teaming up to put together two teams for a 6-week long challenge: Team Hannah and Team Mateo with Kvell Fitness & Nutrition.

Selected participants are going to have FULL access to all that Kvell offers (fitness AND nutrition). There will be a GRAND PRIZE for the individual with the winning results: a full year membership to Kvell which is valued at over $2,000! All members of the winning TEAM will also get a prize: 1 full month of Kvell training--unlimited--following the challenge.

I can't stress enough how much these 6-weeks will change your life. You're about to feel amazing.

The challenge is going to last SIX weeks. There's also a week of prep-- in other words, clearing out any junk from your pantry, desk, or wherever to get your mind right on what's to come.

The commitment from you is simple, but crucial to the challenge. We're looking for those that are READY to make a lifestyle change!

In order to participate, you'll need to be able to make SOME of your workouts at Kvell Fitness & Nutrition--around 3 a week is ideal-- which is located on Jefferson Street in downtown Boise. The times that workouts will be available are:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 5am, 6am, 7am, 9am, 12pm, and 4pm
Tuesday, Thursday: 6am, 7am, and 4pm
Saturday: 9am, 10am

There are "masked & vaccinated only" available for those that are interested.

We want people that are going to be SERIOUS about the challenge. Yes, Hannah and I are both competitive and want our teams to win...but we also want this to be a meaningful 6-weeks for you! Are you ready to make that life change? This is a huge first step.
