Jeffrey Epstein was found in his jail cell semi-conscious and curled up in the fetal position sometime in the last two days, and may have tried to hang himself.

The 66-year-old, who is being held on sex trafficking charges, had marks on his neck and has been placed on suicide watch, per sources. Another source says Epstein may have been assaulted, while sources also told NBC News that Epstein may have staged the attack or suicide attempt to try and get moved to a different facility. He's currently being held at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan.

Epstein faces separate counts of sex trafficking and sex trafficking conspiracy, for which he could get 45 years in prison if convicted.

Sounds like she's changing her mind, and statement. Nicole Murphy's kissing and telling on herself after she was caught on camera this week with married director Antoine Fuqua.

"It was not my intention to be in this situation. I do not condone women kissing or interacting in any way inappropriately with a married man," Eddie Murphy's ex-wife told People on Wednesday. “I too was once married and I would never intentionally undermine another woman."

The 51-year-old Murphy also insists she and the 53-year-old Fuqua--who's married to Waiting to Exhale star Lela Rochon--were just sharing a platonic smooch. “Antoine and I are friends. We ran into each other while we both were in Europe," she continued. "Without going into the entire situation, I want to apologize to my family, and to Lela and the Fuqua family for what transpired.”

On Thursday, a Swedish prosecutor charged rapper ASAP Rocky with assault for his role in a June 30 Stockholm street fight. The 30-year-old has been in custody since July 3 and faces up to two years in prison, with his three-day trial expected to get underway Tuesday.

Numerous entertainers are calling for his release and Donald Trump claims to be in negotiations with high-level Swedish diplomats.

“It is worth noting that I have had access to a greater amount of material than that which has previously been available on the internet,” prosecutor Daniel Suneson told the AP. “In addition to video material, the injured party’s statements have been supported by witness statements.”

Meanwhile, Rocky's lawyer continues to claim that his client "acted in self-defense."
